I'm having rashes on my inner upper thigh area for two weeks and the color of that area has changed to blackish brown. It's very painful, the skin is tearing aswell. What to do? Please help.

I am feeling radiating pain in my eyes & head, like its not a normal headache with redness of eyes particularly during attending lectures although I am taking proper sleep. Just after 10-15 minutes sitting in class, it starts, even blinking of eyes intensifies it. What could be the reason? which tests I should go for? Eyesight is normal like I'm not having any difficulty in whiteboard readings or so.

I've been having problems with my menstrual cycle. Each month I got my period but the cycle can be 28-40 days it’s not the same week each month. I took 4 pregnancy tests all negative and I did an ultrasound too. Everything is fine regarding my ovaries. But I just hadn’t gotten my period yet and it’s going 39 days now. Any help?
